The opportunity:
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for shaping the company's sourcing and supply chain strategy. You'll manage supplier performance, lead internal collaboration and drive cost-efficiency, all while aligning with ESG goals and ethical procurement standards.

Your day to day will be varied, strategic and impactful. You will:
- Lead a skilled procurement team, ensuring smooth and timely sourcing of materials.
- Build and maintain high-performing supplier relationships, with a focus on ethical practices.
- Identify new supplier opportunities to strengthen supply resilience.
- Manage forecasts, plan stock levels, and oversee risk management processes.
- Collaborate across teams to support innovation and production efficiency.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and ensure compliance with sustainability commitments.
- Develop and run competitive tendering processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in supply chain or procurement management (minimum 3 years).
- A degree and/or relevant professional qualifications such as CIPS (qualified or working towards).
- Experience leading people and developing team capability.
- A strategic mindset and strong commercial awareness.
- Passion for sustainability & ESG
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis, planning tools and procurement systems.
