Kibworth, Leicestershire (own transport is required due to the location of the office) PermanentFull-time (Monday to Friday)– either 37.5 or 40 hours per week (start 8.30am/9am and finish 4.30pm/5pm)
£12.21 per hour to be reviewed after 6 months.
Our client, a reputable company and industry leader, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team at their Kibworth head office.
Key Responsibilities of an Admin / Accounts Assistant:
* Provide administrative support to the Accounts and Office team
* Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit notes accurately
* Assist with statements and account queries
* Post office runs, general filing and posting invoices
* Maintain and update internal databases, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems
* Simple bookkeeping tasks
* Liaise with internal departments when necessary
* General office duties including scanning, photocopying, and document management
Skills & Experience required to be an Admin/Account Assistant:
* Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
* Confident working with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently as well as part of a team
* Training provided on Sage – advantageous if you have used Sage previously
* Keen to learn with a positive attitude
* Own transport due to location of the offices
