Damp and Mould Technician Hours: Full-Time 37 hours per week - 0800-1600 Mon to Thurs and 0800-1530 on a Friday, Contract: Permanent Salary: £28,927.50 Closing Date : Friday 7 th November 2025. We are looking for a Damp and Mould Technician to join our Repairs team to deliver a high quality and continuously improving service to our customers. In this role, you will focus predominantly on damp, mould and condensation remedial works including; mould remediation and related applications in accordance with current regulations, treatment to internal wall surfaces to eliminate mould growth, remedial decorative works where required and any associated joinery/multi skilled tasks to the inside of a property. You must have experience of internal mould remediation and decorative works and have worked within statutory guidelines within the construction industry. e.g. Health & Safety, along with a full UK driving license.
