What you’ll be doing: Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including complex matters and new build purchases Handling files from instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progress throughout Supporting and supervising junior colleagues where appropriate Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders Delivering a client-first service, providing clear and practical legal advice Contributing to the growth and success of the wider conveyancing department Requirements What we’re looking for: A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with proven residential conveyancing experience Strong knowledge of new build transactions Excellent organisational and case management skills A confident communicator with a client-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team A proactive, motivated individual with a flexible approach Benefits What’s in it for you?
