As a Sales Admin, you'll play a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships by proactively managing connection-based charging accounts. Your focus will be on clear communication, anticipating customer questions, and streamlining the billing process. By engaging with customers before invoicing and resolving concerns early, you'll help reduce disputes and promote a collaborative team environment.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Manage all connection-based charging accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Conduct 60-day and 90-day calls to inform customers about upcoming charges, reducing confusion and disputes.
* Engage with customers prior to invoice release to clarify charges and prevent issues.
* Verify that correct connections are linked to invoices and address potential problems proactively.
* Maintain personalized customer interactions, keeping client lists accurate and concerns addressed early.
Qualifications for Success:
