Mechanical Project Manager, Heathrow, Luton, Gatwick & Stansted, Retail fit-out Projects A mechanical contractor is currently looking to take on a Mechanical Project Manager for their aviation retail projects. You will primarily be based at Heathrow Airport but serving projects in Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and Heathrow. The nature of the projects is retail fit-out work. This would be an initial contract to a permanent position, for the right person. The project value would range from £1k to £1M. The type of work would be mainly refurbishment and upgrade of existing retail units. Your day-to-day duties will include the following: - Dealing with enquiries from the main contractor - Pricing & managing the budget of the job - Delivering the project - Labour Control What is required for this role: - Valid CSCS Card (Managers Card) - SMSTS - Competent with use of IT.You will also need to pass the Heathrow Airport security checks.
