Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works, and time scales per trade.
2. Liaise with the commercial and internal departments to ensure the ‘lead in’ time is programmed and coordinated to suit the projects undertaken.
3. Prioritize workload, manage, and provide solutions to issues related to assigned contracts.
4. Work closely with the production team to ensure joinery production targets and transport requests are met.
5. Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients.
6. Develop and implement working relationships with architects, designers, building control, and other third parties.
7. Attend site meetings with clients, EUK management, and subcontractors; produce accurately recorded minutes.
8. Collaborate with the Commercial and Procurement teams to control labor, material purchases, and subcontractor budgets.
9. Manage subcontractors effectively.
10. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations according to current legislation.
11. Assist the Commercial team and/or Directors with final account preparation.
Key Skills
* Previous experience managing shopfitting contracts.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation.
