Overview
Contracted hours: 40 hours (9am - 5pm, one weekend to be worked every month as per the needs of the home). Work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements. Hourly rate of pay: £13.50.

Responsibilities
* Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
* Organising and planning weekly activity programmes (within allocated budget) reflecting residents\' preferences, & a written rota to be produced. Update activities boards around the home.
* Creating risk assessments for activities and consent forms for families / residents.
* Producing newsletters to inform residents and their relatives/friends about activities / liaise with the Marketing team in typing up activities and producing information for Newsletters.
* Supporting residents to access the internet and other communication methods such as letter writing, Skype and FaceTime.
