Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Sheffield. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement. This includes developing relationships with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, communicating effectively with all parties, and meeting recruitment targets. The ideal candidate will work closely with schools and education professionals to match the best candidates to the right opportunities, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
