* Lead and coach multidisciplinary squads to effectively deliver complex digital products and services
* Supporting performance monitoring and governance, maintaining clear reporting mechanisms, identifying risks and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
* Facilitating stakeholder engagement through open communication, managing expectations and building trusted relationships across delivery teams and key partners
What will you get from the role?
* Supporting the growth of the Digital Delivery Hub by embedding operational practices that enable high-performing, self-sufficient teams and contribute to consistent, high-quality delivery across the FCA
* Collaborating within an innovative and solutions-focused environment to address complex technical challenges in financial regulation and drive meaningful impact within the organisation’s development function
* Benefiting from flexible and hybrid working arrangements designed to promote productivity, balance and inclusive ways of working
Which skills are required?
We are a Disability Confident Employer; therefore, disabled people or individuals with long-term conditions who best meet the minimum criteria for a role will go through to the next stage of the recruitment process.
Minimum

* Applying independent analytical thinking, strategic judgement and problem-solving capabilities within regulatory, financial or public sector contexts, including UK government digital transformation initiatives
* Showing adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning, with working knowledge of frameworks such as GDS standards and CDDO service assessment processes
