What We Offer • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Staff meals during shifts • Employee discounts on food and beverage • A beautifully refurbished venue with a supportive team culture • Career growth opportunities within Paris Society & RIKAS • The chance to be part of an exciting new concept launch in London About the Role – You will: • Be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism • Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to ensure a smooth service • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any special arrangements • Work closely with the front-of-house team to coordinate seamless service • Maintain the reception area’s appearance and keep it organised • Provide exceptional guest care and help create a welcoming atmosphere About You – You will have: • Previous experience as a hostess or in a front-of-house customer service role (preferred but not essential) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A friendly, approachable, and professional manner • The ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service • Flexibility to work evenings and weekend • Knowledge and previous experience with Sevenrooms is essential If you’re ready to be the friendly face that sets the tone for unforgettable guest experiences at one of London’s most exciting new venues - we’d love to hear from you.
