Are you experienced in building IT Product, Transformation, and Technical portfolios within the MSP space?
Can you lead, define, and shape strategic outcomes?
Do you have the ability to build internal teams and platforms for a large, fast-growing MSP Solution Provider?
Proven experience in establishing Product Management, Internal System Leadership, and Stakeholder management?

They boast a top-tier internal team in the MSP space, and this role will ensure all internal teams, business areas, products, tech, and sales operate smoothly while scaling existing platforms to support growth.
Responsibilities
* Ownership of internal Product Strategy, Technology, PMO, and Business Change
* Establish best-in-class product management frameworks, from development to execution
* Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operational teams to ensure seamless product rollouts and integration
* Define and establish the strategic direction of Product Management Discipline, ensuring best practices
* Manage and maintain a comprehensive capability vision and roadmap aligned with internal strategy
* Work closely with business leaders and technology teams to align on product roadmaps
* Implement continuous improvements to make product strategies repeatable and scalable
* Use a data-driven approach to decision-making, feedback, analysis, and planning
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing innovative ideas into the organization
* Constantly work to enhance customer and employee experience
* Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
* Empower the team to drive innovation and influence change
* Create clear development paths and training opportunities for team members
