You have A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this If you’ve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great! Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives. Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively. Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant. Using technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
