Summary
We’re looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Polesden Lacey to answer their questions and help them make the most of their day.
Salary: £12.75ph
Contract/duration: Permanent
Hours/working pattern 5.5 hours WEEKENDS ONLY. This role is a flexible weekend role, the successful candidate will work either Saturday or Sunday based on the needs of the shop, rotas are a minimum of 4 weeks ahead. the role will generally be 10-4 or 10.30-4.30 in winter and 11-5 or 11.30-5.30 in summer. There may be opportunity for overtime.
Interviews will be held Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th May. the role will start weekend of 6th and 7th of June.

What you'll be doing
As a member of the retail team, you’ll be offering visitors help and advice with their shopping. You’ll have high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers.
You’ll also be able to talk to them about how everything they buy helps to fund the work of the National Trust. Other duties may include arranging, receiving and unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays and working with others in the team to keep the shop floor clean and organised.
