Experience and Qualifications:
Electronics knowledge (i.e. can look at Gerber Data, understand it & discuss with customers)
Understand R & D Projects & understand what it takes to scale it into Production.
Experience of looking at a bill of materials & know what each part is & ideally where to source it.
