Job Title: Sales Progressor Location: Tamworth Salary: Around £15,000 (flexible depending on hours) Hours: 2-3 days per week, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Job Type : Part-time An extremely successful, reputable and leading Estate Agent is looking for motivated and reliable Part-Time Sales Progressor to join their team at in Tamworth. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work 2-3 days per week with a competitive salary of up to £15,000 per annum, depending on experience and hours. Main Purpose of role: The successful candidate will help manage the companies SSTC pipeline and offers spread across parts of the West Midlands area. Take on the task of moving a property sale through to exchange of contracts and completion, once an offer is accepted. Liaise with both the buyer and seller, solicitors instructed for each party, mortgage brokers and other parties related to a sale. Communicate with all other estate agents involved in the chain. Proactively manage the sale of a property on a case-by-case basis, the journey from offer acceptance to exchange of contracts happens effectively and efficiently. Provide essential support and back up to the sales team, ensuring the sales pipeline progresses efficiently. Up sell some of our recommended financial services/Solicitors - when required Update and maintain notes for your portfolio via the internal database/system and keep client fully up to date with the progress. Full training will be given on all systems as well as training to be able to put together the marketing details of current property portfolio.
