Earnings and progression We offer a competitive basic salary of £32,000 to £37,000 (dependent on qualifications), with realistic on‑target earnings of £37,400 up to £42,400 As your skills and experience develop, our structured career and training pathway can take your earnings up to £51,400 OTE. Working pattern This is a full‑time role, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm, with Saturday mornings on a 1‑in‑4 rota (8.30am–12.30pm). About the Technician Role As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics, ensuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer standards. Working as part of a skilled and supportive workshop team, you’ll contribute to consistent quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction across the site. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long‑term career in a well‑run, professional workshop environment.
