An established national consultancy is expanding its high-performing Bristol Building Surveying team and is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) ready to step into a senior role with a defined route toward Associate / Associate Director.
This opportunity would suit a recently Chartered Surveyor or an established Senior Surveyor looking for greater responsibility, client ownership, and progression within a structured, commercially focused environment.
You will take a lead role across a diverse, high-quality client portfolio, delivering projects from inception to completion while building strong client relationships and contributing to team growth.
The Role
* Lead project and professional instructions across a varied commercial portfolio
* Deliver contract administration and project management services
* Manage key client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
* Support junior team members and contribute to team development
* Play an active role in fee growth and business development
About You
* MRICS qualified
* Strong contract administration and project delivery experience
* Confident managing stakeholders and client relationships
* Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
* Ambitious and motivated to progress to Associate level
