Job description:
In your role as Senior Social Media Manager, you’ll leading on a number of the agency's biggest consumer accounts. You’ll need to be confident building strong and trusting relationships with clients and delivering results which not only meet but exceed their expectations!
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading on social strategy across your portfolio of clients
* Driving idea generation for social campaigns and overseeing delivery, liaising with internal teams throughout
* Meeting with clients regularly, building strong relationships and managing expectations
* Supporting on the development of new business proposals and pitches
* Line managing more junior employees
* Keeping up to date any new social media trends and updates
Skills & experience:
In order to be considered for this Social Media Manager position, you'll need to be able to demonstrate:
* At least 5 years' experience in social media, with proven agency-side experience
* A proven track-record of successful social content and campaigns across Instagram and TikTok at a minimum
* Confidence taking the lead on social strategy
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proven line management capabilities
