SALARY: £33,347.34 per annum

HOURS: 42 hours per week, 06:00-18:00 4 on 4 off

LOCATION: Brunel Lock base with travel between sites

Purpose of the role:

To Supervise and manage the Mobile Security Officers ensuring optimum performance in accordance with Service Level Agreements, Assignment Instructions, Client and ad-hoc requests and any governing bodies requirements. Provide support and monitor performance to achieve high standard of working practices.



Key Responsibilities:

* Support with all security activities with responsibility for the day-to-day activities for your team.
* Ensuring that the organisation meets all required security and associated health and safety objectives.
* Feedback to the Security Services Manager on the performance of the security team and its individual members.
* Carry out business related requests from the Security Services Manager.
* Maintain effective budget control (overtime/consumables) working in conjunction with the Security Services Manager.
* Manage all Leave/Absence Policy and Procedures in line with Business goals (Holidays/Absence Reporting etc).
* Contribute towards developing future plans for security activities.
* To Support other departments within Security and CViT, as required.
* Managing incidents and escalation process to Security Services Manager.
* Manage and support colleague’s and their wellbeing, following appropriate people processes and procedures.

Essential Requirements for the Role:

* Holding a current valid SIA Licence
* Proven experience in a Security Supervisor or similar role
* Strong people skills
* Attention to detail and high standards of work
* Relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
* IT literate
* Ability to manage a small team
* Full Driving Licence valid for use in the United Kingdom
