What You'll Do
As a Multifunctional Printer Field Service Engineer
, your key responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Diagnose and resolve issues on print devices, ensuring a high first-time fix rate and minimizing recall visits.
Customer Communication
- Use your excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal departments.
Team Collaboration
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the team and service performance by mentoring and assisting colleagues where needed.
Post-Sale Support
- Ensure all post-sale field service requirements are met, including providing technical escalation support when required.
Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records in line with company guidelines.
Stock Management
- Optimize customer stock inventory and rotation while balancing return-to-fit (RTF) visits.
Customer Training
- Provide product instruction and training to customers as needed.
Service Improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance and repair processes to enhance overall service performance.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Follow company policies and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines, including product safety checks.
