 
        
        Job Type: This is a pivotal role that supports our strategic planning, funding applications, and service development through robust evidence and insight. You'll work across the organisation to build data capacity, manage social value calculations, and produce compelling impact reports for funders, commissioners and trustees.
 * Good interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
 * Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources
 * Experience of data analysis and impact reporting (including developing dashboards)
 * Experience of implementing and using social value frameworks
 * Ability to effectively use IT including efficiency in data tools
 * Ensure data systems comply with GDPR and internal policies
