RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Lead and manage all store operations to ensure commercial and operational excellence
* Deliver and exceed KPIs including sales, payroll, stock and cost management
* Maintain high standards in customer experience and store presentation
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with brand values
* Ensure effective back-of-house operations to support trading and compliance
REQUIREMENTS :
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in lifestyle or premium retail
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
* Excellent team leadership with a focus on development and motivation
* Strong operational knowledge including stock management and visual standards
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and cultivating client relationships
