Location: Blackpool, Lancashire (FY1 Area - Central)
Salary: £110 - £210 per day
Start Date: March 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent (Transition April 2026)

The Role: Impactful PPA & Class Cover
As a PPA Teacher, you will be the backbone of the school's daily operations. Your role involves:
* Delivering Lessons: Providing high-quality cover for teacher's Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time.
* Versatility: Following a rota to support pupils across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
* Consistency: Working closely with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning and pupil progress.
* Career Progression: Initially starting via agency, this role has a clear pathway to a permanent contract from April 2026.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this Blackpool teaching role, you must hold:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) OR HLTA / Level 3 TA qualification with a desire to lead classes.
* A strong grasp of the Primary National Curriculum.
* Flexibility and the ability to manage classroom transitions effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate within a large MAT team.
