As a Partner in the NFU Mutual Wormbridge agency, your focus will be on:
* Delivering new business growth across an expanding range of Commercial Lines products, targeting local independents and SMEs far and wide
* Building and nurturing client relationships with key decision makers, ensuring high renewal rates are maintained with unrivalled customer care
* Working collaboratively with the Senior Partner on setting strategy and shaping business plans that help optimise the agencys future performance and drive sustainable, profitable growth.
About You
This is a self-employed business opportunity for an ambitious Sales professional showing true potential to step into leadership. Specifically, were looking for:
* B2B consultative sales or business development with key account management to advise business owners, directors and senior decision makers across a diverse range of industry sectors
* Whilst people management skills are preferred, more critical are leadership qualities and attitude; it takes ambition, drive, commercial acumen and proactivity to develop into a high-performing business leader
* Given the agencys rural and farming heritage, any connection or exposure here would be advantageous but not essential.
