*Your Role*
This is a hands-on leadership role combining *10 hours of office-based management* with the remainder of your contracted hours spent *working directly in support*.
You’ll be responsible for:
* *Team Leadership:* Inspiring, developing, and managing your staff.
* *Operations Management:* Overseeing rotas, budgets, and compliance.
* *Care Quality:* Ensuring personalised care plans are up to date and effective.
* *Relationships:* Building trust with individuals, families, and professionals.
* *Safeguarding:* Leading on incident reporting and safety compliance.
* *Improvement:* Driving service quality and preparing for CQC inspections.
*What You’ll Need*
* Management experience in Supported Living, Residential Care, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards & inspection processes.
* Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care _(or willingness to work towards it)_.
* Flexibility to join the management on-call rota.
