Warehouse Operative - Picker - Pinchbeck
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative - Picker - to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Pinchbeck.
Shift patterns:
* Candidates must be fully flexible to work both day and night shifts (06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00), with a 30-minute unpaid break. Please note that shifts are not guaranteed and will be offered based on operational demand.
Pay rates:
* £12.71 hourly

Your role for Warehouse Operative - Picker -:
* Efficiently pick and pack items according to customer orders and operational requirements.
* Use warehouse equipment safely to move stock and maintain an organized workspace.
* Perform quality checks on items to ensure accuracy and prevent damage during processing.
* Support general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and inventory replenishment.
