We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Health & Safety Manager to join our team in Daventry, supporting a single site operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the on-site SHE expert, drive real change, and support a culture where safety always comes first.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Manage HSE responsibilities with our site operation, adapting to changing business needs.
* Provide HSE and Business Continuity Management (BCM) advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation.
* Work closely with multi-contractors and teams to promote a culture of safety and health.
* Lead the charge in business standardisation efforts, ensuring adherence to the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and relevant HSE & BCM policies.
* Meet and assess annual Safety, Health, and Environmental objectives through our performance management system.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Previous health and safety responsibility in warehouse and transport environments.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver standardised programs and drive results.
* Experience in developing and leading teams is essential.
* NEBOSH General Certificate is desirable.
* Familiarity with change management principles is beneficial.
* Experience or knowledge in automation will be an advantage for this role.
