We seek a dynamic and motivated Client Service / Account Manager to join the team and play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest service and support.
Job Summary
As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between a range of our clients and our creative, development and Marketing team. Your role is crucial in understanding and translating the client’s needs into actionable plans that drive results. You’ll be the go-to person for client communications, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This varied role will ensure that existing and new client relationships and their projects are managed to the highest standards, liaising with our clients and interpreting their requirements and the brief correctly.
Requirements
* A genuine passion for marketing
* Familiarity with design and development processes
* Understanding of digital marketing practices
* Previous agency experience is preferred
* Ability to juggle multiple projects with finesse
* Ability to build excellent relationships and rapport with clients
* Proficiency in managing projects from concept to completion
* Superb organisational skills
* Strong IT and administration skills
* Keen attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients
* Serving as the primary point of contact for client communications
* Maintaining regular communication with clients, both existing and new
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations
* Actively participate in the ROI/sales operations of our team
* Managing project budgets and timelines
* Briefing projects to the team and utilising project management software effectively
* Engage actively in the enquiries process, facilitating smooth customer interactions
* Contribute to efficient onboarding procedures for new clients
* Collaborate with the team to optimise processes and achieve sales objectives
* Play a vital role in enhancing our outreach efforts and acquiring new prospects
* Assisting in strategic planning and goal setting with clients
* Providing regular reports and insightful analytics to clients
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Work with clients to identify objectives and set KPIs
* Develop strategic plans in line with client goals
* Reporting back to the wider team and ensuring plans are followed.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or account management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Teams
* Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
