Are you an experienced critical care nurse looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Complex Care Nurse Manager to support adults living with long-term, life-limiting and highly complex health conditions in the community and on offer is a salary of £45,000 with excellent benefits.
This role is ideal for Band 6 ICU, Critical Care, or HDU Nurses, or experienced Band 5 nurses ready to progress into a clinically focused management position.About the Role As a Complex Care Nurse Manager, you will deliver hands-on clinical leadership, provide face-to-face support to clients and families, and oversee the quality of care delivered by your care teams. You will design personalised care plans, ensure safe clinical practice, and work collaboratively with CHC teams, commissioners and wider MDT professionals to deliver exceptional community care.What Were Looking ForRegistered Adult Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PINBackground in ICU, Critical Care, HDU or adult complex careRecent experience with ventilation and tracheostomy careStrong coaching and leadership skillsExcellent communication and clinical documentation abilitiesSuitable for Band 6 or experienced Band 5 nurses with supervisory experienceFull UK driving licenseKey Responsibilities for Complex Care Nurse ManagerDevelop, deliver and review bespoke, person-centered care plansProvide clinical supervision and competency training to care teamsMonitor and review clients ongoing physical and emotional needsDeliver safe and effective clinical interventions, including medication managementBuild strong relationships with clients and familiesCoordinate care packages in partnership with CHC teams, commissioners and MDT colleaguesBenefits PackageSalary up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)Hybrid working: community-based, home-based and office-basedMonday to Friday, 9am5pm33 days annual leavePrivate pension schemeAccess to pool car or travel card for community travelBusiness mileage at 45p per mileExcellent learning & development pathwaysCompany phone and laptop providedIf you are a compassionate, clinically confident ICU/Critical Care nurse ready to transition into this Complex Care Nurse Manager role in the community, we would love to hear from you.
