Housing Income Assistant
£24,790 - £25,183 per annum (pay award pending)
We are looking for an enthusiastic/ empathetic person to join our Housing Income team. Your role is vital in offering support to the team as you will act as a primary contact for customers and colleagues with regards tenancy charges and ensuring customers are aware of the various payment methods available to them, including the support that the team can offer. Your primary role will be supporting the team with Income Maximisation, setting up and collecting direct debit payments, processing various other rent payments onto accounts.
You will be working in a team of 10 who are very supportive of each other. There is flexible working with generous holidays and employer contribution pension scheme. Once established in the role, hybrid working will be available.
