The Role
You’ll focus on the delivery side of the recruitment process, identifying, engaging and managing high‑quality tech talent across your market.
What you’ll be doing:
* Sourcing and engaging top tech candidates
* Managing the full candidate journey
* Building strong talent networks and relationships
* Partnering with consultants on live roles
* Delivering an excellent candidate experience
About You
* 2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment delivery / resourcing / candidate management
* Tech recruitment exposure ideal (but not essential)
* Strong communicator with a relationship‑led approach
* Organised, proactive and commercially driven
* A genuine self‑starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
* Able to commute to the Leeds office
