🎯 What You’ll Do
The Account Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships and champions with new accounts, with a goal of creating new business pipeline and converting cross-sell opportunities.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on building pipeline, closing deals, and making a measurable impact in the public sector.
✨ Key responsibilities:
 * Proactively build, qualify and close a sales pipeline to allow achievement against quota, aiming at 3.5x quota coverage
 * Identify and qualify opportunities for new business and cross selling additional modules, working with Commercial colleagues as appropriate
 * Operational excellence, ensuring CRM hygiene is spotless and business plans are regularly updated and executed against
 * Work collaboratively with our partners to drive pipeline and execute against this
 * Establish strong and effective connections that will lead to growth opportunities
 * Expert knowledge of Proactis’ products and a proven record of strategies to develop your non-strategic accounts into strategic accounts
🧠 What We’re Looking For
 * B2B sales experience including time spent in a closing role, a background in software sales is essential.
 * Previous experience building pipeline, closing deals, and making a measurable impact in the public sector.
 * An established track record of exceeding expectations by reaching sales targets.
 * Expert in explaining complex business technology's commercial value.
 * Skilled in using Salesforce.
 * Experienced in seeking building strong relationships and nurturing business champions.
 * MEDDIC qualified.
