We’re looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with KS1 children in small groups to fill any gaps in learning they may have.

Who are you?
* Experience working in a school as a Teaching Assistant
* CACHE level 2 (desired)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A passion for helping children thrive
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in delivering high-quality learning experiences for all pupils.
* Experience of working with Primary aged children
* Have high expectations for learning and behaviour, inspiring and motivating children.
* Provide nurturing and supportive care, particularly for children with complex needs.
* Make learning an exciting and positive experience.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, carers, and staff.
* Be willing to contribute to school life beyond the classroom, including events and activities
