Job Description
You will be responsible for shaping a long-term commercial strategy, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and developing a high-performing team. Your leadership will drive portfolio performance, market share, and profitability.Key Responsibilities
3. Develop and execute a strategic commercial roadmap
4. Lead, coach and develop a dynamic sales and marketing team
5. Optimise account segmentation, targeting and pricing strategies
6. Expand customer relationships and drive new business opportunities
7. Align cross-functional teams to support revenue and growth targets
8. Contribute to broader business strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a Sales & Marketing Director within Medical Device or related healthcare industry. In addition you will have:
9. Proven track record in revenue growth and portfolio development
10. Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, digital marketing and product launches
11. Healthcare or medical device industry experience desirable
12. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
13. Full UK driving licence
