Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, strategic, and forward-looking Head of Front of House Operations to join a highly prestigious investment management firm in the City of London. The role focuses on developing and delivering a high-level vision for Front of House and Client Events, shaping client engagement, and managing event planning.

This is a high-impact, visible position working closely with senior leadership, marketing, and facilities to ensure an elevated, consistent client experience aligned with the firm's brand and culture. Candidates must have team management experience and hospitality experience, with industry experience in Investment or Wealth Management being highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing strategic plans for FOH across UK offices
* Creating a 12–24 month roadmap for FOH and events
* Collaborating on client event planning with marketing and business development
* Analyzing performance and implementing improvements
* Managing and developing the FOH team
* Overseeing vendor and stakeholder relationships
* Documenting and evolving FOH policies
* Driving cross-team collaboration
* Ensuring procedures are up-to-date and effective
* Developing management information reports
* Adhering to risk management policies
* Leading, motivating, and coaching the FOH team

Requirements:

* Proven team management skills
* Essential hospitality sector experience
* Desirable wealth management industry exposure
* Strategic management experience in hospitality or events
* Understanding of premium client experience standards
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* High energy, self-starter, team player
