Founded by international footballer Thomas ‘Hal’ Robson-Kanu, The Turmeric Co. is one of the fastest-growing health brands in the UK ️

We make a range of 100% natural, potent, on-the-go drinks that support the health and wellbeing of people in all walks of life. Perfected for over 20 years and backed by science, our award-winning formula has supported the wellness of over 10,000 people across the UK, and is stocked in the likes of Sainsbury’s, Selfridges, Whole Foods and Planet Organic.

From our HQ in the UK, we produce every shot ourselves using only raw, functional ingredients – no additives, no sweeteners, no compromises.

We’re looking for a Head of Acquisition to lead our growth engine and take performance marketing to the next level. You’ll own the full acquisition strategy – from paid media and funnel optimisation to new market entry and creative testing. Reporting to senior leadership and working closely with brand, content and analytics, this is a high-impact role at the centre of our commercial growth.

Be sure to follow our brands as part of this exciting opportunity:

The responsibilities.

• Own the full-funnel acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, affiliates & more

• Build campaign frameworks, forecasting models and playbooks to scale growth in the UK and internationally

• Manage £1M+ monthly budgets, optimising CAC, ROAS and LTV across platforms

Team Development

• Build out a high-performing team of paid media, growth and performance specialists

• Create accountability systems, drive test-and-learn velocity, and embed a culture of excellence

• Coach and scale the team as performance improves and budget scales

Creative & Conversion

• Partner with creative and brand to deliver high-performing ad creatives, hooks and landing pages

• Optimise funnels and conversion paths to reduce friction and drive ROI

Data & Forecasting

• Own performance dashboards, media forecasts, and acquisition models

• Input into demand planning, stock forecasting and revenue projections

• Bring rigour, clarity and decision-making speed across growth

New Market & Product Launches

• Lead acquisition for new regions, channels or product formats

• Support GTM strategy across DTC, retail and B2B funnels

• Build scalable, repeatable growth systems beyond paid media

The skillset.

• 5–8+ years in growth, performance or acquisition roles in eCom, DTC or fast-scaling brands

• Proven success managing £1M+ monthly budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok etc.

• Deep expertise in CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort analysis and growth experimentation

• Strong commercial mindset with financial modelling and forecasting skills

• Experience building and leading high-performing teams of 8+

• Skilled in attribution, testing, and funnel optimisation

• Exposure to international expansion and omnichannel acquisition a bonus

• Familiar with retail launch support and scaling across DTC + B2B

The person.

• Bold, performance-focused and always pushing for growth

• Analytical yet creative – understands the science and the art

• Clear communicator who thrives in high-ownership environments

• Proactive, curious and driven to build at pace

• Biased for action, accountability and results

The benefits.

• Hybrid, flexible working

• Generous employee discount across our full product range

• Work with a team who bring heart, hustle, and huge ambition

• Direct access to senior leadership and influence at board level

Bring the growth mindset. Bring the clarity. Let’s build a category-defining acquisition engine.
