Creative Lead, Northampton, to £45k Based within a commutable distance of Wellingborough my client is a highly successful and established company with client portfolio consisting of high profile global brands. They are now seeking to appoint an experienced/strategic hands-on Creative Lead to bring impactful ideas, brand vision and seamless execution to their existing/growing brand team. The role will be instrumental in defining and elevating the companys brand across all channels. This is an office/site based position. The successful Creative will be the driving force behind the companys visual and creative direction. Requirements: *Experienced Designer/Creative, ideally with prior experience working within an Agency environment. *Proven track record of developing and evolving brand identities. *Expertise is Adobe Creative Suite software. *Excellent communication and presentation skills. *Strong organisational and time management skills. *A collaborative spirit with passion for storytelling and innovation.
