Responsibilities
* Drive sales within a motivated product range, with experience in account management and B2B sales.
* Possess a background with a large product portfolio, energy, personality, and the ability to identify opportunities and ask the right questions.
* Be resilient and comfortable engaging with engineers, manufacturing, and industrial clients.
* Have at least 2 years of solid B2B sales experience, with the ability to drive and report to a motivated and dynamic Sales Director.
* Be eager to earn bonuses and develop the territory.
* Reside within commuting distance to Rugby HQ, as this is an office-based role.
