About the Service
The School Nursing Service supports school-aged children attending education provision or being home-schooled in Hampshire. You will contribute to the assessment, planning, and delivery of commissioned Public Health Services.

Primary Role
The primary role of the Community Staff Nurse (CSN) is to support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) as part of the 0-19 public health nursing service, including Health Visiting and School Nursing.

This role is based at Alpha Court, Fareham, within the Fareham & Gosport School Nursing Team.
