We are seeking a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented Management Accountant for our client based in Maidenhead. This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.

Description
* Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and variance commentary.
* Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insight into performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Partner with account teams to deliver clear financial guidance, campaign profitability analysis, and commercial support.
* Oversee and review the work of the AP and AR Clerks, ensuring accurate transaction processing and strong working capital management.
* Drive process improvements, enhance financial controls, and contribute to system and workflow optimisation across the finance function.
* Assist with cashflow forecasting, audit preparation, compliance requirements, and ad-hoc analysis for the Finance Director.
Profile
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with solid technical knowledge and strong analytical skills.
* Confident preparing and reviewing balance sheets, with a consistent track record of maintaining accurate reconciliations.
* Experienced in producing timely, high-quality monthly management reports and variance analysis.
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable driving or supporting process improvements across the finance function.
* Strong communicator who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with both finance and non-finance teams.
