UiPath Automation Engineer
We’re looking for a UiPath Automation Engineer to join the Flutter UK & Ireland Trading team. The Trading team power performance, we think different, and we drive the best customer experiences to keep our Paddy Power, Betfair and Sky Betting & Gaming brands at number 1!
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sports and automation to join and contribute to our high-performing team. You’ll receive all the support you need to enhance and develop your skills in pricing, automation best practices, project management, people leadership, and beyond!
What you’ll do
1. Work with Business Analysts, QA, Maintenance, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting strategic projects.
2. Design, develop, test and launch automation solutions.
3. Mentor and guide peers via code reviews, dev sessions and paired programming.
4. Provide guidance with process design.
5. Estimate the effort required for the project implementation.
6. Mapping end-to-end business processes for automation.
7. Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around automation best practices.
8. Seek to improve, optimise and evolve current working practices to drive efficiency and quality.
How you’ll do it
9. Automation experience: well-experienced using UiPath.
10. Adaptability: be able to adapt quickly in fast paced environments.
11. Effective communication and collaboration: partner with others across the organisation to get work done.
12. Quality obsessed: seek to improve, optimise and evolve current working practices to drive efficiency and quality.
13. Curiosity and passion in Technology/AI: adaptability to new technologies and stays up to date with what is available on the market.
