TARCG is currently seeking an Aircraft Fleet Manager to work with our client based in London. Our client manages a growing fleet of private aircraft that are operated under third-party AOCs. Charter Activity is exclusively B2B via brokers – not direct-to-consumer. The business is in a build and scale phase, with the medium-term ambition to evolve into an in-house AOC operation.
This role is a senior operational leadership appointment, but in the early stages will also require a hands-on approach to operational delivery, coordination, and relationship management until the team is fully built out.
Responsibilities:
1. Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operational coordination, availability, utilisation, and on-time performance of a managed private aircraft fleet.
2. Act as the primary liaison between aircraft owners, third-party AOC operators, flight crews, charter brokers, and internal commercial leadership.
