Your Role as Duty Manager
You’ll be a hands-on leader, responsible for running smooth and successful shifts. Reporting into the Assistant General Managers and General Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations and help lead the team from the front.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consistent, high-quality service during shifts.
*
Support and motivate the front of house team.
*
Ensure guests feel welcome, valued, and well looked after.
*
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
*
Manage stock levels and cash handling when on duty.
*
Assist with functions, events, and peak trading times.
*
Use systems such as Zonal, High Level, and Harri to manage operations effectively.
Who We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role in a busy hospitality setting.
*
Strong people skills – you lead by example and love working with a team.
*
Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems.
*
Passionate about great food, drinks, and customer service.
*
Confident using tech – familiarity with Zonal, High Level, or Harri is a plus.
