Children's Residential Support Workers – Lanark & Surrounding Areas
We're currently looking for experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to join our team, supporting young people in residential services across Lanark and the wider Glasgow area. This position involves working closely with children, implementing care plans, and ensuring their well-being through effective communication and engagement.
These are rewarding, hands-on roles where you'll play a vital part in creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children and young people with a range of complex needs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience working in a children's residential setting
* Strong knowledge and experience in de-escalation techniques
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Resilient, compassionate, and calm under pressure
* Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
* Must be based in the UK – we do not offer sponsorship
