An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated finance professional to join the Finance team at Bradford District Care Trust.

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and innovative individual with the drive and commitment to support the delivery of excellent services for our service users.


Department Purpose

The department aims to provide high-quality, forward-thinking support to the Care Trust, addressing its financial challenges. Our goal is to be a professional, responsive, and proactive finance team that delivers high-quality financial services to stakeholders and partners, with a focus on continuous improvement.


Role Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate contract income information for internal and external stakeholders.
* Require management accounts experience and a broad understanding of NHS Finance.
* Develop relationships with colleagues and produce, analyze, and develop high-quality financial information.
* Manage financial aspects of the Research & Development service area and Contract Income.
* Support senior managers with business plans, especially for expanding Research & Development services.
* Lead on the Trust’s Contract Income with commissioners, providing detailed financial information to stakeholders.

Proactive, positive, and relationship-oriented individuals with a commitment to professional development and a desire to advance their NHS Finance career.


Work Arrangements

Flexible working options are available, including remote working and flexible hours, primarily from home with occasional presence at the Saltaire office.
