Learning Support Assistant (1:1 SEN Support)Via Academics Agency
Academics Agency is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 SEN support in a school based in Brighton, starting in September 2026.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months' experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the UK
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Patient, supportive, and proactive approach
* School-based experience preferred
Role Details:
* Full-time, school-based position
* Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN
* Working closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to support learning and development
