The Repair Administrator supports our MRS (Medical Repair Service) division with maintaining the Quality standards required for our ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certifications. This is a varied administrative role, where your duties could include:
Your responsibilities
* Ensuring equipment is calibrated, verified and maintained
* Performing calibration or verification in accordance with documented procedures
* Prepare reports by collecting, analysis, and summarising data, making recommendations and reporting quality issues to the original equipment manufacturer via the Excellence Through Quality (ETQ) database
* Analysing, identifying and implementing repair and business process improvements which will improve capability and performance
* Promoting and raising awareness of the impact of current and emerging quality issues, whether legislative or best practice
* Support the work of the Corporate Quality Assurance Department
* Prior experience in a Quality role is desirable but not essential
* You will have demonstrable experience in an Administrative/Clerical position
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
* You will possess clear and concise communication skills, both written and spoken
* You will be an effective collaborator, with the ability to work well as part of a team
* You demonstrate self-motivation, with the ability to plan and organise your workload
