We are looking for a1st Line Support Engineerto join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:
* Provide 1st linetechnical support to clients - supporting networks, cloud services, infrastructure and connectivity
* Troubleshoot and fix technical faults and issues
* Respond to client queries and service requests
* Assist with user rights, passwords, accounts
* Handle basic security administration
* Diagnose issues and explain technical details clearly
* Occasional onsite visits to clients.
