Your new role
As a Planner / Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in coordinating repairs and maintenance works across Onward’s housing stock. You’ll manage daily schedules, allocate jobs to operatives, monitor progress, and ensure all tasks arepleted efficiently and within service targets. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Accrington, working Monday to Friday. Temp contract until end of April.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience in a repairs, maintenance, or FM environment
2. Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills
3. Confidence using job‑management or housing repairs systems
4. Excellentmunication and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced setting
5. A proactive, solution‑focused approach to managing workloads and customer expectations
